Jeetbajj Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

By using the jeetbajj.bet website or app, you agree to these terms and conditions. They form a legally binding agreement between jeetbajj and the user. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

To participate on the jeetbajj platform, you must meet the eligibility criteria listed below. These requirements apply to all users without exception.

• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online betting is not legally prohibited.
• You must be a mentally competent adult who is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement on your own behalf.
• You must not be a professional athlete, referee, or anyone involved in betting manipulation.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of jeetbajj's rules.

To create an account on jeetbajj, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or misleading details is prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time.

During registration, you will be required to provide:

• Your full name (as it appears on your National ID)
• An active mobile number and email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Payment method details (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket number)

As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, jeetbajj may request additional identity documents at any time. Failure to provide them may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals.

Before placing any bets on jeetbajj, make sure you fully understand the rules below. They apply to all bet types — pre-match, live, and outright.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless jeetbajj initiates the cancellation.
• The minimum and maximum stake for each bet is determined by the rules applicable to that specific event.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time of bet submission are considered final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake placed on that bet will be refunded.
• Jeetbajj uses its own data sources and references to determine match results. In the event of any dispute, jeetbajj's decision is final.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, jeetbajj reserves the right to suspend the relevant bet or launch an investigation. Funds associated with that bet may be held during the review.

Jeetbajj supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• It is recommended that the payment method used for deposits and the method used for withdrawals be the same.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, and the daily maximum limit is determined by your account tier.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect deposit or withdrawal, jeetbajj reserves the right to void or correct the transaction.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such transactions will be declined.

Jeetbajj regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. To take advantage of these offers, you must comply with the specific terms attached to each one.

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirement. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until that requirement has been met.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific events or bet types — the full terms and conditions for each offer will be stated separately.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per user.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit loopholes may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
• Jeetbajj reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetbajj platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain unfair advantages.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared when required by legal obligations or regulatory authorities.

Jeetbajj may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• If any part of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If suspicious betting or financial activity is detected.
• If the user requests account closure themselves.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• By court order or government directive.

To close your account voluntarily, contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before closure, unless it has been forfeited due to a rule violation.

Jeetbajj will not be held liable under the following circumstances:

• If a bet is lost due to a dropped internet connection or technical failure.
• Due to delays or failures on the part of third-party payment gateways.
• In the event of unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure circumstances.
• If a user shares their account credentials with others and any loss results from this.

Jeetbajj always strives to deliver the highest quality of service, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. The platform may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance or upgrades.

Jeetbajj reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date on this page will reflect any changes.
• Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
